Blueberry Muffin No Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Old fashioned oats dry (use gluten-free oats)
  • 1/4 cup SunButter or other nut/seed butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Dried blueberries
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine well. The mixture should be a bit sticky.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Use a spoon to scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into your hand. Roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
