Amelia’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- ½ cup Cranberries dried
- ½ cup Pecans halved
- 1-2 Tbsp Minced garlic depending on how much you love garlic
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
- 3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1-2 tsp Black pepper ground
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In a medium bowl, toss all of the ingredients together.
- Pour the Brussels sprouts mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
