Amelia’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • ½ cup Cranberries dried
  • ½ cup Pecans halved
  • 1-2 Tbsp Minced garlic depending on how much you love garlic
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1-2 tsp Black pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • In a medium bowl, toss all of the ingredients together.
  • Pour the Brussels sprouts mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
