Amelia's Roasted Brussels Sprouts
1 lb Brussels sprouts (halved)
½ cup Cranberries (dried)
½ cup Pecans (halved)
1-2 Tbsp Minced garlic (depending on how much you love garlic)
4 Tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Sea salt
1-2 tsp Black pepper (ground)
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a medium bowl, toss all of the ingredients together.
Pour the Brussels sprouts mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm.
